LITTLE UPDATE: I’m currently in bed, it’s 01:10am, I should have been asleep ages ago.
I went running for the past couple of evenings and last night when I went, i probably wore the wrong socks, but I got the biggest blister and I had the genius idea to have cup noodles less than an hour before my run. So i could barely run, felt SUPER unfit. It was the most horrible feeling not being able to run and feeling that way.
I’ve been eating super good lately so when I ate the cup noodles, my body must have been confused. ANYWAYS, I was suppose to go running tomorrow morning BUT, because of the blisters i’m not gonna go and going to have a long kick ass workout…either the Ashy Bines Booty App OR my Fit Guide (By Anna Victoria).
I really need to go buy new running shoes, I need to NOT get blisters every time I go for a run! it’s fucking annoying.
I’m following a really strict diet plan now, done by me…I’m not having any type of sodas or things that have tons of added sugar. eating clean and healthy 90/10. For example the other day with Laura, i had ice cream but then I worked out double and I ate healthy at lunch and dinner all of the other day. That was pretty much my “cheat-dessert”. LOL which is good.
So tomorrow, it’s going to be a busy day. I need to wake up early for my workout, shower, eat breakfast etc, finish booking stuff for this summer and then in the afternoon I’m going to get my eyelash extensions removed. (I love them, but they can get pretty damn annoying). THEN i need to go shopping AGAIN. Then i’ll probably do a quick workout a night, shower, eat dinner early and go sleep EARLY! (unlike today) OH OH OH! AND ITALY IS PLAYING TOMORROW!!!! I need to watch that game!!!!!
So yeah, very busy day ahead!!
I shall keep updating the blog! Like I said a bunch of times, it’s still my baby even if I don’t update on a daily basis!!
